Can I return a bike I purchased on sale?

I used a coupon or promo code to purchase my bike, can it be exchanged or returned?

Yes, bikes purchased with a coupon or promo code can still be returned if within the eligibility window. If you applied a coupon or promo code on the order you’re returning, you’ll be refunded the amount that you paid after the applied discount.

I bought a bike at full price and now it’s on sale, can I get a refund for the sale amount?

No sorry, we do not offer retroactive price adjustments. See our Return and Exchange Policy for more detailed information.

Can I use more than one coupon on my order?

No, sorry! Our system only accepts the last coupon entered. Coupon codes cannot be combined.

I’m a little nervous about buying online. Don’t I need to ride it first?

Our experience has shown that we can very accurately suggest the bicycle for you without a test ride. Answering the few questions in our BikeMatch tool lets us help suggest the perfect bicycle, all within your budget!

We also have a great worry-free return policy, we will make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.

What happens when I order?

When you place your order, we’ll show you all the qualified Raleigh dealers that are closest to your geographic location.

  1. Right after you order, we’ll send your bicycle to the Raleigh dealer you selected.
  2. In 4-7 business days you will be contacted by the local dealer you chose when your bike fully assembled, tuned, and ready to ride
  3. If you also ordered small goodies from us, your orders will ship in separate boxes
  4. Special note - Shipping and dealer assembly around holidays may be delayed
  5. After picking up your bicycle, find your fun! Enjoy!

What do I need to pick up my order?

Please bring a copy of your receipt, the credit card used in the transaction and a photo ID.

What if I don’t like my bike when it arrives?

If you do not love your Raleigh for any reason at all, you can exchange or return it within 30 days! See our Return and Exchange Policy for more detailed information.

My bike came with parts different from the specs listed on the website. Why?

Unfortunately, sometimes components, paint colors, decals, or other materials become unavailable after production has started. When these situations arise, we must make changes after specs and photos have been published. We strive always to make substitutions of the same or higher quality compared to the original.

My bike’s color looks different from what’s pictured on the website. Why?

Different monitors and devices display colors differently. We make every effort to use images that represent the colors of our bikes as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee exact consistency between what you see on your display and the true color of your bike.

Do you ship to Canada?

Unfortunately at this time we are only able to accommodate orders within the United States.

I’m in a hurry, can I get expedited shipping?

We do not currently offer expedited shipping.

How long will it take for my bicycle to arrive?

Your bike will be ready to ride in 5-7 business days after order was placed.

How do I create an account?

Creating a account is easy, click on the login / register anytime. You can also create an account when you place an order.

How do I update my account?

You can change your account information by selecting login / register. Enter your e-mail address and password to view your account information. You can update your e-mail address, name, password and billing info.

How do I check on my order?

How do I cancel my order?

Why did I have to select a retailer during the checkout process?

We send your bicycle to your local Raleigh dealer to be built, this insures that it’s built correctly.

Do you carry petite, larger, additional or special sizes?

At this time, we only carry the specific sizes listed under each bike.

My bike did not come with a kickstand, why not?

Majority of bikes do not come with kickstands as some frame material or frame styles many not be able to accept a kickstand. Please see your local bike shop for suggestions.

Does my bike come with a kickstand or pedals?

Some Raleigh bicycles come with a kickstand as standard equipment, some do not. All bicycles come with pedals. Most of our pedals are test pedals that aren’t made for long rides, so upgrading them is recommended. Please contact your local Raleigh dealer or our Customer Service team at 800-222-5527 to confirm if your bicycle does.

Can I order parts direct from Raleigh?

No, at this time we do not sell parts direct. Please contact your local Raleigh dealer and they can order parts for you.

Oh, no! An item I love is out of stock! What can I do?

Click on “wish list” and create a account log in if you don’t already have one. That way when the bike comes back in stock, you’ll be the first person to find out!

What does “add to Wish List” mean?

Add to Wish List means that the bike is currently out of stock in your size but we are expecting more inventory soon. We will notify you e-mail when your bike is back in stock.

What does “Out of Stock” mean?

Out of Stock means that we no longer have inventory of that item.

My order says, “pending.” What does that mean?

“Pending” means our system has successfully received your order. Once it leaves our fulfillment center, we’ll email you a tracking number and your order status will change to “Shipped.”

Are gift cards available?

No, gift cards for Raleigh Bicycles are not currently available.

How do I register my bike?
