We stand by our products and if you are not totally satisfied, we’ll fix it immediately. Before you decide to return your bike we want to make sure you've been able to experience it at its best. If you have mechanical issues, please reach out by phone 800-222-5527 or e-mail email@example.com and let us help sort them out before making the decision to return the bike. Usually, once up and running people write us saying how much they love their bike!
We cannot accept returns from outside the United States, on bikes from the Sale section on our website, bicycles won in contest giveaways, bicycles sold between Black Friday and Cyber Monday (inclusive), bicycles in anything other than the original packaging, or bicycles missing parts. We do not offer retroactive price adjustments. Bikes purchased with a promo code can still be returned if with the eligibility window. If you applied a coupon or promo code on the order you’re returning, you’ll be refunded the amount that you paid after the applied discount.
To qualify for a return:
- Returns will be accepted within 30 days of your original order shipment date
- Items must be in new condition, with original packaging and include all manuals and accessories provided with the product
- Proof of purchase required
- Credits will be applied to the original credit card used in the transaction
